Happy Loans Co. was established by mortgage broker, Luke Gavin, who provides a personalised approach and expert advice for your own unique property journey.

Servicing Australia-wide, Luke works with self-employed business owners, first home buyers, as well as clients who are looking to refinance, renovate, move homes or invest in property.

As an ex-elite water polo player, having represented Australia on the international stage, Luke now brings his experience in high-performance and dedication to Happy Loans Co.

Holding a Master’s in Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Luke has the qualifications, experience and knowledge to guide you every step of the way and will be your first point of contact throughout the home loan process and beyond.
